The Norfolk Terrier originated in England and is
the drop-eared version of the Norwich Terrier. This breed is
the smallest of the Terrier Group measuring 9-10 inches tall
at the withers and weighing 11-12 pounds. Life expectancy
of a Norfolk is 12-15 years with some growing as old as 19
years old. For such a small breed, they have had many names
such as Cantab Terrier, Trumpington Terrier and Jones Terrier,
but all the while their purpose remained the same, hunting rats
and bolting fox. The Norfolk coat required regular grooming
including brushing and stripping. In America the Norfolk and
Norwich Terrier share one parent club, the Norwich and Norfolk
Terrier Club (NNTC). The AKC recognized the Norfolk Terrier as
a separate breed, in the Terrier Group in 1979. This breed is very
people oriented and does well in earth dog, agility and obedience work.

Winter is just around corner which means hardships on wild cats and their kittens
as well as kittens having kittens without feed or shelter during the cold months with the grounds
covered with ice and snow in our woods, not to mention wild birds and squirrels that are
unable to find food and shelter to stay alive until spring.
We are animal lovers and use eBay to buy cat and bird food as well as paying for spays if we can trap them.
If we do, we feed and tame them so we can have them spayed. Then we try to find them good homes,
all at our expense. Unfortunately,  because of all the million dollar corporations taking over eBay
selling their returns and closeouts, small businesses like ours, are struggling to make a profit and
being retired, we end up using our own money to pay for spays, feed and shelter so your orders
are needed so we can continue our abandoned pets program or we will find it necessary to give
it up letting all the abandoned cats and birds go hungry until the weather warms up.
We feed them in a number of locations twice a day so our feed bill is more than we can handle
