Description
This flight control system was used in the C-141 Starlifter, a military strategic airlifter that served with the United States Air Force (USAF) from the early 1960's until it was retired in 2006. It is a beautiful piece of technology from the early days of flight control systems in the 1960's through the 1970's. It was manufactured by the Eclipse-Pioneer Division of the Bendix Corporation out of New Jersey. The switches indicate functions like heading, autopilot, Nav Select, glide slope, and mach number. There is even a switch for GPS.Note: This item will cost me about to ship, so if you can arrange for local pickup in Toquerville, UT, then I can lower the price by .
