Has the flange so that it can be fitted with rotator attachment.  I think that's why it has an R in the serial number, even though it's a straight shear.
Unit gone through at a hydraulic shop in the Dallas area.  They did extensive work to this attachment, and I can put you in contact with them.  They traded me for a truck load of metalworking machinery for this machine.
