Y-2K respirator
Designed to protect respiratory organs from harmful impurities, aerosols and dust contained in the air. This personal protective equipment is recommended to be combined with goggles and used in hazardous industries: metallurgical, woodworking, flour milling and others, where there is a high risk of damage to the respiratory tract and mucous membranes of the nasopharynx by fine particles. The respirator U2K also protects against bacterial agents that do not emit toxic gases and vapors.
Respirators U-2K are designed for individual protection of human respiratory organs from the most diverse types of industrial dust that are present in the air: metal - cast iron, iron, copper, steel, lead, silicate other; mineral - emery, coal, lime, cement, glass, fertilizers and pigments and other. In addition to protection against industrial dust, the U-2K respirator also protects against the following dust: animal - down, wool, bone, horn, leather and vegetable - cotton, hemp, wood, flour, tobacco, sugar.
The respirator U-2K is used when performing any work of moderate severity in different climatic conditions at a temperature range from -10 degrees to +35 degrees Celsius and at a humidity of up to 98%. The concentration of harmful substances in this case should not exceed 100 mg / m3.
