We have inspected this item and it powers on. We do not have the capability to test the unit any further. There are some slight cosmetic scuffs and scratches around the components. Please refer to the photos for more information.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We are happy to offer FedEX International delivery options which may be cheaper than the rates you are quoted. Please contact us if you are interested in getting a rate quote. International shipping has the added procedures of passing through customs and paying applicable duties, if necessary. It is to be clearly understood that those fees and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned to us due to the buyer's failure to pay these fees, there be be no credit for the original purchase, since the cost of the return postage will be taken from the purchase price.
Local Pickup - All of our items are located in Oregon, IL:
We offer local pickup for all orders with the following conditions:
1) Item must be picked up and signed for by the buyer listed on the account
2) Item must be paid for prior to picking up, unless paying with exact change cash in which case you should choose pay on pickup during checkout
3) Item will be ready for pickup within 1 business day of paying for the item - Items are not immediately ready for pickup
4) We are open M-F from 9-4 for pickups by appointment - Please message us through eBay letting us know what day and time you would like to pickup to ensure we are here to assist you.
5) All items must be picked up within 5 business days of paying for the item.  If an item is not picked up within the time period the order will be cancelled and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.
Instructions for Pickup by someone other than buyer on account:
In order to have someone else pick up your items via Local Pickup on your behalf, we will need the following items to be completed.  We cannot allow that person to pickup until all these items are received in their entirety.
1) Full Name and Driver's License Number of person coming
2) Notarized letter stating:
"I, (name on buyer account), agree to allow (driver's full name) to pickup on my behalf.  I also understand that I am waiving my rights to any and all returns of this item for any reason.  My driver will be 100% responsible for the item after it is signed for and released to him/her.  If I have any issues with the item when I receive it, I will hold my driver 100% responsible and will not leave any negative feedback or attempt to return the item to the seller for any reason"
3) Scheduled Appointment with specific date and time for pickup
4) Driver will need to present valid driver's license upon arrival
Other Shipping Policies:
We do not offer the ability to use your own account or to ship outside of our preferred carrier.  We do not ship via USPS
We will accept PayPal, Discover, VISA, American Express or MasterCard Credit Cards. If you wish to pick the item up at our warehouse, located in Oregon, IL, you are welcome to do so. We will be happy to send you a manual invoice with the shipping charges removed.
It is possible to return items. We have a 14 day return policy. The buyer is required to return the item to us. When it is received, it will be inspected and as long as it returns in the same condition it was sent out a full purchase price refund. If the item was our mistake then we will also reimburse the shipping costs. If it was as advertised and the buyer just changed their mind, then we will not refund the original shipping cost. If the item arrives and it damaged we would prefer to attempt to repair the item if possible. If it is not possible we will work with you to resolve the issue. The very best practice is to look at all the pictures and ask questions before bidding.
